Easy trip to a small QEII covenant with weed issues but impressive diversity of native  species. The forest provides reasonable shelter so the trip will go ahead unless weather is unusually bad.

The covenant is on largely level ground bounded by a river. There will be ponding of water in some areas so gumboots could be useful.

As there is limited parking on Limeworks Loop Rd, please carpool as much as possible.

Meet at Countdown Dinsdale carpark at 09.30 for 10.00 start at the property.

Bring lunch and wet weather gear.
