Waingaro Landing Bush
Mainly manuka/kanuka forest adjoining the north side of Raglan Harbour between the Tawatahi and Kerikeri Rivers. Nice ecosystem sequences from mudflats and mangrove through salt marsh, freshwater wetlands, to scrubland and forests.

Four-wheel drive vehicles are required for this field trip. Please let the trip leaders know if you can bring one and how many extras you can transport (for those without 4WD please let the trip leaders know you need a seat – we will arrange a car pool from the meeting site)
