Pterostylis paludosa – At risk declining (Image Catherine Beard)
Opuatia Wetland is always a great place for botanising and we’ll be going there during peak orchid time. Expect to see several types of greenhood orchids including the nationally critical Pterostlyis micromega (image above, Catherine Beard). If we have time we will also explore the small peat lake within the wetland.
